Ciliegine of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP: small balls of about 25 g, made with buffalo milk according to Campania's cheesemaking tradition. Ideal for salads, aperitifs, skewers and sharing boards.
Available in 250 g, 500 g and 800 g packs. Keep in their own preserving liquid at room temperature (no higher than 20°C), do not refrigerate, and eat within 2-3 days of delivery.

Your mozzarella leaves on the day it is made. No warehouse, no waiting days.
- Insulated packaging
It travels in its own whey, in an insulated box. In warm months we add ice packs that hold 2–7 °C for 48–72 hours: safe, non-toxic, no dry ice.

Delivery in 24/48 hours in Italy. You receive the tracking number by email and can find it in your account.

- It needs 8–12 hours of rest after stretching: by the time it arrives, it's just right
Who receives the parcel?
- Delivery time depends on the courier and cannot be chosen
- Give an address where someone is always in: a concierge, your office, a trusted shop
- If no one is there, the courier retries the next working day or leaves the parcel at a nearby pickup point
Thursday dispatch, on request
- We can dispatch on Thursday for expected Friday delivery. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and details.
- If the courier is delayed, the parcel must be collected from the depot on Saturday morning by 12:00.
- Cash on delivery is not available for this option.

Yes, our buffalo mozzarella is perfect for shipping. It is packed in its preserving liquid and protected by professional insulated packaging that keeps it fresh and flavourful even after 2-3 days. For orders over 1 kg, we recommend eating it by the day after production to enjoy its qualities at their best.
Do you ship throughout Italy?
Yes, we ship to every Italian region, including the islands.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we offer refrigerated shipping to Austria, Germany and France. For other destinations, please contact us to check whether shipping is possible.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of refrigerated shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the parcel, before payment.
Is shipping free?
Yes: in Italy, shipping is free on orders from €99.90. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take once shipped?
Deliveries in Italy generally arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Some more remote areas may take up to 48 hours. For Austria, Germany and France, delivery generally takes 48/72 hours.
Will the courier call me before delivery?
No, the courier does not call ahead. We recommend giving an address where someone can receive the parcel.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
No, the delivery time depends entirely on the courier's schedule. We recommend giving a place where someone can receive the parcel during the day.
Can I receive my order at the weekend?
Deliveries are made on working days only. There are no weekend deliveries.
Note on Thursday shipments: You can arrange a shipment leaving on Thursday for expected delivery on Friday. In the event of a delay, the customer must be available to collect the goods on Saturday by 12:00 noon at the nearest collection point. Cash on delivery is not available for Thursday shipments.
What happens if the courier finds nobody at home?
The courier will attempt redelivery on the next working day or leave instructions for collection from a nearby pick-up point.
Problems and Complaints
I've received my order, but the parcel is damaged or a product has leaked. What should I do?
Contact us immediately by email or phone, sending photos of the parcel and the damaged products. We will offer you a full refund or a free reshipment.
Storage
How should I store your products once received?
Buffalo mozzarella should be kept in its preserving liquid at room temperature (avoid temperatures above 20°C). Do not refrigerate the mozzarella before eating, as the cold alters its characteristic texture and flavour. To best preserve its freshness and qualities, eat it within 2-3 days of delivery.
